At the age of 40, Chef Lis graduated with Honors from L'Academie de Cuisine's Class of 2008. Upon graduation she joined the culinary team at Stone Soup Bistro as an extern, eventually working her way up to Pastry Chef. In 2010 she decided it was time to branch out into her own style and Launched Good Munchies Catering, offering small intimate dinner parties, fresh meal service and her wonderful pies and cheesecakes to busy families and business professionals in her community.
She LOVES her job.
